What is OOF?

OOF is an agentic IDE for Roblox creators. You describe what you want to build and OOF generates plans, code, and Studio hierarchy through a localhost plugin bridge.

How do I connect Roblox Studio to OOF?
  1. Run OOF Desktop and open /app.
  2. Install the plugin from /plugin-download.
  3. Open Roblox Studio and click the OOF toolbar button to connect.
Where do I paste my license key?

Open /app, click the settings icon, then paste the key under License. Manage upgrades and credits from /account.

What are credits?

Credits are usage units for AI requests. OOF budgets and charges credits based on total tokens used by your AI provider (input + output). 1 credit is approximately 1,000 tokens.

Why can’t OOF build directly in Studio?

Direct Studio modifications require the writeActions entitlement (Pro Studio plans). On Pro (read-only), OOF can plan and suggest changes but will not write objects/scripts into your place.

Does the Studio plugin contain secrets?

No. The plugin is a local bridge. Licensing and AI calls are enforced by the desktop app / server.
