1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OOF ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OOF is an AI-powered development tool for Roblox Studio. It generates Luau code, game assets, and game systems based on natural language prompts.

3. Accounts & Credits

• You must create an account to use OOF.
• Credits are consumed when the AI performs actions (code generation, planning, asset creation).
• Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@oofstudio.app.

4. Intellectual Property

All code and assets generated by OOF are yours. You retain full ownership and rights to publish, sell, or distribute games built with OOF. OOF retains rights to the tool, platform, and underlying AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use OOF to generate malicious, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or bypass credit limits
• Share or resell your account credentials
• Violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards

6. Limitation of Liability

OOF is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that generated code will be free of bugs. You are responsible for testing and reviewing generated content before publishing to Roblox.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OOF constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
