Terms of Service

Effective date: February 7, 2026

These Terms govern your purchase and use of OOF Studio ("OOF"). By using the website, desktop app, or Roblox Studio plugin, you agree to these Terms.

Product

• OOF is a paid tool for Roblox creators. It can generate scripts, assets, and world structures based on your prompts.
• OOF integrates with Roblox Studio via a localhost bridge. You are responsible for reviewing changes before publishing.

Licensing and Keys

• Paid access is granted via a signed license key. Your tier determines feature entitlements and monthly credits.
• Do not share license keys. We may disable keys that are abused or used beyond their intended tier limits.

Billing

• Subscriptions and receipts are handled by Stripe.
• Credit usage limits and per-request caps apply by tier. 1 credit is approximately 1,000 LLM tokens (input + output).
• You can cancel subscription renewal through the Stripe billing portal if enabled.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use OOF to violate Roblox Terms, create malware, or perform abusive automation.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, licensing checks, or security controls.

Third-Party Services

• AI generation may send your prompts/context to third-party AI providers you configure.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Emails may be sent via a configured provider.

Disclaimer

OOF is provided "as is" without warranties. You are responsible for reviewing generated code and validating your game behavior in Roblox Studio.
